Well I finally converted over to blogging and I must admit this is so much more fun! However my first experience using this blog was extremely upsetting. I wrote this huge narrative about my first experience at the testing center on Friday and as soon as i clicked to publish it my internet kicked me off!! I have never hated my computer soo much as I did right then. So anyway I am sorry to say you will never know the story of my first testing experience unless you ask me in person cause I could never rewrite everything I had and have it be as perfect as it was. So I will move on to my next best experience so far here at BYU.
Last night me and my roommates; Ruth-Anne, Tiare, Mary, Stefenie, and Becky all went to play a prank on some friends of ours. So to spice things up we decided to dress all in black and disguise our faces with mascara.
Anyway we took some cookies and The Office Season Two with us to doorbell ditch as a thank you note to my tutor. (he was just borrowing The Office don’t worry) However his apartment was up on the third floor so that meant that we had to run down three flights of stairs down into the garage to get away after ringing the doorbell, so we decided to just throw acorns at the door to give us a head start. Needless to say the acorn idea worked and we were able to get away fairly easily! Well just doorbell ditching wasn’t fun enough for us so we decided to throw the newspaper at their window in the front room. This entertained us for quite a while but then we didnt get a reaction so we decided to head back to our apartment. Amazingly I was able to think of another prank on our way home and considering that there are about 3 BILLION acorns laying around campus I decided it would be fun to make a trail of acorns from our FHE boys apartment to a dark spot with a plate of cookies while we hid in the bushes and threw soft acorn tops at them as a suprise attack! We filmed the whole thing and it worked out perfectly except once again we didn’t get the reaction we wanted, instead they just picked up the plate of cookies and walked away while we threw the acorns. I on the other hand had probably the funnest night at college so far! It could have been that I was dressed in black and was running around campus causing trouble or it could have been because for the first time this year me and my roommates really bonded and hung out with one another. We decided we are going to make this a tradition and do it at least once a month….so WATCH OUT!!
Ok the other new exciting thing is….. I AM AN AUNT! Hilary, my sister, just had her baby today about 4 hours ago! His name is Caleb Craner and he was 8lbs 8oz! I am his favorite aunt already!
